Step 1 — Start with 1-to-1 Coaching

We begin with private sessions so you can:

• Learn what you’re doing
• Get comfortable training again
• Start seeing and feeling progress

This is about making things feel manageable from day one.


Step 2 — Build Consistency

Over the first few weeks, we focus on:

• Creating a routine
• Improving strength
• Moving better and feeling better

No extremes. No burnout. Just steady progress.


Step 3 — Continue or Progress

From there, you can either:

• Continue with 1-to-1 coaching
• Or move into small, coached group sessions (max 4 people)

By that point, most people feel far more confident—and actually enjoy the training.
